- Check-out cleaning fee of $150.
- All rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii Accomodation tax.
- A deposit of $200 will be required within one week of making a reservation. Balance will be due 45 days prior to check-in. If a reservation is canceled before the final payment is made, the $200 deposit is forfeited. One night's room charge is forfeited if cancellation occurs after the final payment is made.
- Only personal checks and money orders are accepted for payment.
- Effective July 1, 2014 a $17/night Facilities Use Fee (on the first 10 nights of each consecutive 30 day stay) will be collected at checkout, payable to the Papakea Front Desk. This fee is separate from our rental transaction.
